Hereinafter referred to as “BnBidea”.
Platform: the website www.bnbidea.com, including all subpages and functionalities.
User: any natural person or legal entity visiting or using the platform.
Member: a user with a registered account.
Advertiser or Host: a member offering accommodation or related services via the platform.
Listing: any advertisement or publication placed on the platform by an advertiser.
Agreement: any agreement concluded directly between a user and an advertiser.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the platform.
By visiting the platform or creating an account, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
BnBidea operates solely as an online publication and marketing platform.
BnBidea is not the owner, landlord, organizer, or provider of accommodations.
BnBidea does not act as an intermediary or broker within the meaning of Section 7:425 of the Dutch Civil Code.
BnBidea is not a party to any agreement between users and advertisers.
Requests, bookings, and payments are made directly between the user and the host.
BnBidea does not actively verify listings and does not guarantee that information is accurate, complete, or up to date.
Registration is required to place listings.
Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable without BnBidea’s consent.
BnBidea may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation of these Terms.
Users may terminate their account at any time via their account settings or by email.
The advertiser guarantees that:
– all provided information is accurate, complete, and not misleading;
– prices are clearly and transparently displayed;
– all applicable laws and regulations are complied with;
– required permits and insurance are in place;
– no third-party rights are infringed.
The advertiser is fully responsible for communication, bookings, and performance of agreements.
If a paid account is offered, a one-time payment applies unless stated otherwise.
No commission is charged on bookings.
Unless legally required, no refunds are provided.
If a consumer purchases a paid account, the statutory right of withdrawal may apply unless performance has started with prior consent.
If third parties believe content is unlawful, they may report it via info@bnbidea.com.
BnBidea will assess reports carefully and may remove content if necessary.
BnBidea is not liable for any damage resulting from content removal.
Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.
BnBidea is not liable for damage arising from:
– use of the platform;
– agreements between users;
– incorrect information in listings;
– temporary unavailability of the platform.
Liability is excluded except in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness.
If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid out under BnBidea’s liability insurance, or, if no insurance payout is made, to the amount paid by the user to BnBidea during the 12 months preceding the event causing the damage.
Users indemnify BnBidea against third-party claims.
BnBidea shall not be liable in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to technical failures, cyberattacks, government measures, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
All intellectual property rights relating to the platform are owned by BnBidea or its licensors.
By posting content, the user grants BnBidea a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use such content within the platform.
Listings are displayed based on date of publication and/or technical relevance criteria.
BnBidea may provide paid accounts with enhanced visibility.
BnBidea may amend these Terms. The most current version will always be published on the website.
These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
